WHAT I LEARNED
On Sunday I attended our stake Standard's Night with the young men and women. I learned something valuable from one of the speakers. He is a very successful lawyer and stake president in New Jersey. He is an African American convert from west Philly. He said that we are all fore-ordained for greatness. He said never in his wild imagination would he have thought that life would have taken him to where he is now. His point was that as youth in the church, you may not know what you are doing now, but God has placed you on this earth to do something great. It had a lot of meaning to me because sometimes I feel lost in the mix of life and I realized that I am meant for something great!
